  • Partner with QA teams to define effective test scenarios
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory expectations

Payments & integrations

Support initiatives across:

  • Faster Payments, Bacs, and card journeys (issuing & acquiring)
  • Work across internal systems and external payment partners
  • Interpret technical specs (APIs, XML, scheme documentation) and translate into clear requirements

Collaboration

  • Partner with teams across Product, Tech, Ops and Finance
  • Support smooth transition of changes into BAU
  • Provide BA support across other work streams when needed

Risk & control

  • Ensure regulatory and risk considerations are embedded in all deliverables
  • Support delivery of fair customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty

What we’re looking for

Essentials

  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Hands-on experience with international and cross-border payments (e.g. SWIFT, SEPA)
  • Comfortable working with technical specs, including APIs and XML files
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Visio, Excel, UML / use cases
  • Knowledge of payment schemes and processing (Faster Payments, Bacs, cards, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of PSD2, GDPR, CBPR, PCI DSS
  • Exposure to Open APIs or technical / development concepts

Why join us?

We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. If you’re excited about the role but don’t meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you.
