Job Description
What does your working day look like ...
- You take care of our guests – from early risers to those who are not morning people.
- You prepare your shift and make sure everything is tidied up afterwards.
- You work independently and keep track of things even when breakfast is really busy.
- You work in our open kitchen close to the guest and prepare egg dishes as well as other hot breakfast dishes fresh and à la minute.
- You make sure breakfast becomes a true treat for our guests.
- You ensure cleanliness and compliance with our hygiene regulations.
- You always keep an eye on the breakfast buffet and make sure everything is fresh, complete and attractively presented.
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
- You enjoy being awake before everyone else and have everything under control early in the morning.
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a cook and have gained initial experience in a hotel, restaurant or in the hospitality industry.
- You want to learn something new and have patience when everyone rushes the breakfast buffet at the same time.
- You are enthusiastic about good food and like to prepare the most important meal of the day.
- You bring not only your skills but also your character.
- You work reliably and independently and keep track of things even in stressful situations.
- You have good German language skills so that communication with your team and our guests runs smoothly.
