About BehaviorCare Therapy  BehaviorCare Therapy is a leading provider of home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis services designed to support children and their families in Arizona. We are committed to giving our BCBAs the tools and support they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans Develop and implement behavior intervention plans Analyze data and make program adjustments based on client progress Review reports and session notes Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques

What We’re Looking For BCBA certification from the BACB Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona  Ability to complete assessments and reassessments in person
