Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical guidelines. Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Ability to assess clients and create individualized treatment plans. Strong leadership and supervision skills for overseeing RBTs and BTs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and data collection systems. Ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Active state licensure (LBA) Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising clinical staff.
