Job Description
Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, with the challenge of supporting the sales team to capture new business opportunities, optimize existing contracts while being responsible for the go-to-market strategy with autonomy to seek new paths and solutions to serve the client with the goal of achieving increasingly better and tangible results.
We are looking for professionals with the ability to quickly adapt to different scenarios, proposing technical solutions, conducting tests and demonstrations with the client and translating demands into solutions according to our portfolio.
We are looking for a person to act as a Consultant and will be responsible for:
- Go-to-market for Software Platform and Credit Services solutions;
- Developing the work plan for projects to be developed in any phase of the credit cycle
- Interacting with global teams and other Experian regions to exchange experiences, success cases and update best practices for application in our market;
- Building intelligent solutions through the combination of data from Latin America's largest Bureau, credit solutions with automation, Analytics and Consulting.
What is the main challenge of the position?
- Joint work with the sales team in the preparation of proposals and customized pricing, with greater solution complexity for the Insurance segment;
- Technical sales of Software Platform and Credit solutions;
- Connecting and linking customer needs to internal teams;
- Pipeline management and analysis for action plans that allow sustainable growth of the area and Serasa Experian.
- Focus on serving key account customers, managing relevant contracts with a diverse portfolio (Credit and Platform).
Qualifications
- Complete higher education
- Experience in business-related areas: Sales, pre-sales, post-sales
- Previous experience in one of the stages of the credit cycle
- Commercial fit in developing new business opportunities
- Basic knowledge of finance and mathematical ability
- Knowledge of spreadsheet usage (Excel)
- Client Facing profile, with experience in pre-sales or sales
