Job description
As part of major transformation programs, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on innovative, high-impact business projects within a demanding and structured banking environment.
Your responsibilities
At the heart of business and IT challenges, you will play a key role in the success of projects:

Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements

Write detailed functional specifications

Take part in scoping workshops and project committees

Write and execute test strategies

Perform SQL queries for data analysis and validation

Act as the link between business and technical teams

Work in an Agile methodology
You will work on strategic topics, with a real level of autonomy and responsibility.
Qualifications
Essential skills

Proven experience in Business Analysis in a banking environment

Mastery of the Agile methodology

Good command of SQL queries

Experience in writing and executing tests

Ability to lead workshops and interact with a variety of stakeholders
Profile sought

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Excellent communication skills and analytical mind
