Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Providing professional assistance to retail customers visiting the branch.
- Providing financial advisory on accounts, savings and unsecured loans.
- Introducing digital banking channels (mobile app and internet banking) and supporting their use.
- Getting to know customers' needs and recommending products that match them.
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes.

- You have worked in customer service and sales in the past 5 years.
