Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Professional assistance for retail customers arriving at the branch.
- Financial advisory regarding accounts, savings and unsecured loans.
- Introducing digital banking channels (mobile app and internet banking) and supporting their use.
- Getting to know customers' needs and recommending products that fit them.
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes.
- Substituting for the foreign currency and HUF cashier colleague when needed.

- You have at least secondary education.
- In the last 5 years you have worked in customer service and sales.
- You specifically want to build your career in the banking sector.
- You need continuous learning and development.
- You would enjoy working with modern financial products and digital solutions.
- You have outstanding communication skills and easily build relationships with different types of customers.
- Beyond your own successes, you also keep your team's goals in mind.
