What will your challenge be?
As a Sales Trainee, you will support the Commercial team in monitoring processes, indicators, and initiatives that contribute to improving the efficiency and scalability of our operations.
You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge in commercial management and data analysis, participating in real projects and working closely with different teams.
How will you help us fulfill our mission?
- Support the monitoring of commercial management by updating reports, databases, and monitoring indicators such as SQLs, meetings held, and other KPIs relevant to the team.
- Organize and analyze information from different sources, such as external providers, partnerships, and commercial databases, helping to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
- Prepare databases for commercial campaigns, market research, and other strategic team initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and support materials that allow communicating progress, results, and findings clearly.
- Support the coordination and logistics of commercial events, workshops, training sessions, and development sessions, monitoring before, during, and after each activity.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving productivity and optimizing processes, exploring the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence to generate efficiencies.
What are we looking for?
- Student in final cycles of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Interest in developing a career in commercial areas, sales strategy, Sales Operations, or commercial operations.
- Passion for working with data, indicators, and digital tools.
- Motivation to learn, take on new challenges, and develop in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced Google Sheets Management (Focused on Automation): Ability to process, clean, and structure large volumes of data using high-level functions to optimize and scale commercial information analysis.
- Process Automation: Basic or intermediate knowledge in Google Apps Script (or Macros) to automate repetitive tasks, connect spreadsheets, or create efficient workflows.
- Applied Artificial Intelligence: Practical use of Generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) as a tool to streamline, simplify, and automate workflows, driving team productivity.
- Google Slides Management: For preparing clear executive presentations based on analyzed data.
- Desirable: Notions of data visualization (Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI) and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
