Job Description
About the opportunity
We are looking for someone to work as an Internal Communications Assistant, supporting communication initiatives for the VP of Credit and Platforms. This professional will be responsible for supporting the organization, publication, and dissemination of content across internal channels, helping ensure that information reaches employees in a clear, efficient, and strategy-aligned manner.
Main responsibilities
- Support the publication of announcements on internal channels;
- Assist in updating content on corporate channels;
- Organize materials, documents, and presentations;
- Create simple visual pieces using tools like Canva;
- Support the development of internal announcements and newsletters;
- Provide support for engagement actions and internal events;
- Execute administrative activities related to communications;
- Support the team with day-to-day operational demands.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising and Propaganda, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields;
- Good written and verbal communication;
- Organization and attention to detail;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite;
- Basic knowledge of visual creation tools, such as Canva.
