As an Assistant Store Manager (all genders) in Konstanz, you are responsible for the optimal management of your area and, in the absence of store management, for the entire store. You are responsible for the personal and professional development of your up to 20 employees. As part of the Store Management Team, you make a significant contribution to the economic success of our store and its continuous development.

WHY THE ROLE IS EXCITING FOR YOU...
- Together with your team of up to 20 people, you ensure optimal merchandise management of the sales floor and develop measures to improve your KPIs.
- You prove your sense for our customers every day anew by viewing the store from the customer's perspective and creating the ideal shopping atmosphere with your employees.
- You are responsible for 360° people topics, from recruitment through KPI-based shift planning to the training and onboarding of new employees.
- You live the Zalando values through transparent, authentic and employee-oriented leadership.
WE WOULD LOVE TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF...
- You have several years of professional experience in retail as well as a completed commercial apprenticeship.
- You have experience in leading employees (development, feedback conversations, shift and holiday planning).
- You have initiative, decisiveness and organizational skills.
- You have a good analytical understanding and knowledge of relevant KPIs, including deriving measures from them.
