Together with the Restaurant Manager, you take care of ensuring your team has everything a strong team needs. In close cooperation with the concept creator NENI, the restaurant is marketed as an independent concept and targets the neighborhood with eclectic dishes in Balagan style. Several times a year Haya Molcho personally visits and cooks together with all colleagues. In our NENI Berlin we look forward to welcoming you as Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d).
Job Description
What does your working day look like …
- You handle shift planning, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager
- You make sure our guests are not only full, but also happy and satisfied
- You ensure accurate billing and clean administrative processes
- You help with budget preparation and run the restaurant in an entrepreneurial way
- You are a competent and open-minded point of contact and sparring partner for our external concept partner
- You support your colleagues with a contagious smile when all guests order at the same time. You also keep your composure when plans change spontaneously
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
- You have gained initial leadership experience in a similar role and speak English fluently
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also have routine in service organization and are skilled at creating duty rosters
- You are passionate about good food and drinks and enjoy discovering new concepts
- You are a doer, and you openly admit when you have made a mistake
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
