THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our New Ventures team in São Paulo!

This is not a purely bureaucratic project management or institutional relations role. You will work directly with the leaders responsible for building Wellhub's next revenue streams and business verticals (such as our current nutrition and new channels initiatives).

Your challenge will be to act as a true scientist focused on viability: mine data, build models in spreadsheets from scratch, apply consulting frameworks, and structure robust business cases to define what we should pursue, how, and why. YOUR IMPACT

  • Forensic Data Analysis: Dive into massive databases (running spreadsheets and queries with hundreds of thousands of rows) to audit legacy projects, understand funnel metrics (open rate, conversion, CTR), and identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • New Business Modeling: Use data, AI, and financial intelligence to evaluate the viability of new market opportunities (market sizing, scenarios, and unit economics).
  • Market Research and Insights: Test real demand, customer willingness to pay, and operational fit for new products or services.
  • Strategic Partnership Mapping: Identify and structure the ideal partner ecosystem to unlock new revenue models.
