THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our New Ventures team in São Paulo!
This is not a purely bureaucratic project management or institutional relations role. You will work directly with the leaders responsible for building Wellhub's next revenue streams and business verticals (such as our current nutrition and new channels initiatives).
Your challenge will be to act as a true scientist focused on viability: mine data, build models in spreadsheets from scratch, apply consulting frameworks, and structure robust business cases to define what we should pursue, how, and why. If you're early in your career, fascinated by numbers and AI, and want to see your analyses directing the future of a major well-being company, this is your place.
YOUR IMPACT
- Forensic Data Analysis: Dive into massive databases (running spreadsheets and queries with hundreds of thousands of rows) to audit legacy projects, understand funnel metrics (open rate, conversion, CTR), and identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- New Business Modeling: Use data, AI, and financial intelligence to evaluate the viability of new market opportunities (market sizing, scenarios, and unit economics).
- Market Research and Insights: Test real demand, customer willingness to pay, and operational fit for new products or services.
- Strategic Partnership Mapping: Identify and structure the ideal partner ecosystem to unlock new revenue models.
- Direct Communication: Translate mountains of data into clear strategic recommendations, structuring presentations (decks) or objective investment memos for the senior committee and partners.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by prioritizing your own well-being and that of your colleagues. Create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves and finding a balance between work and personal life.
WHO ARE YOU
- Comfort and Interest with Numbers: You are passionate about accounts, spreadsheets, and data. Your default language for defending any argument or making decisions is numbers.
- Problem Solver: You possess the typical strategic consulting mindset. Faced with an abstract or ambiguous problem (e.g., "should we launch this new business?"), you know how to break it into logical parts, estimate assumptions, and slice the problem to find the answer.
- Execution-Focused: You measure yourself by concrete deliverables and insights generated, and you have a sense of ownership, resilience, and a strong bias for action.
- Digital and AI Fluency: Comfortable with analytical tools (such as advanced spreadsheets, SQL, and practical use/development of Artificial Intelligence agents in your daily work to accelerate your own logic).
- Modern Business Framework: You understand (or have great ability to quickly learn) digital business concepts: marketplaces, network effects, unit economics, subscriptions, and partnerships.
- Language: English is highly desirable for reading global research and using tools.
