Qualifications

  • Experience in structuring integrated marketing plans/campaigns (360°), preferably B2B

  • Manage projects and encourage people development, preserving the well-being of the group.
  • You will be responsible for technically leading a squad, promoting integration and guidance on business challenges as well as building strategies and plans together;
  • You will have significant interaction with your senior leadership to present communication strategies and defend tactical plans, as well as execution alignments;
  • Additionally, interaction with the company's business areas to understand our market and the strategic topics we need to work on;
  • Finally, extensive interface with the specialists in your Squad and with Marketing Chapters, as well as with suppliers for direction and evaluation/feedback of deliverables.
