WHAT WE OFFER
ROLE:
We are currently looking for an Alliances Manager for the Americas region to further develop our partner network. Partners are at the heart of Ivalua's strategy and are a key success factor that enables us to grow, as we carry out 100% of our projects in partnership. This is why the Alliances team has developed a strong network of partners over the last 5 years. You will be responsible for managing our most strategic partners for the Americas region, thereby contributing to the expansion of our sales and delivery capabilities in the region. You will report to the Senior Director of Alliances and work in close collaboration with the Sales and Business Development teams for the Americas. This position involves approximately 30% travel.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AT IVALUA
- Strengthen and implement the partner strategy in the Americas region and facilitate coordination with all relevant internal Ivalua Americas teams.
- Support the VP of Sales Americas and their regional sales directors in their respective go-to-market strategies.
- Support business development initiatives and facilitate internal coordination with marketing and business development teams.
- Manage partners present throughout the region.
- Recruit new partners.
- Build lasting relationships with partners in your region.
- Business travel of up to 30% of the time is to be expected; the frequency of this travel may vary depending on business needs.
YOUR PROFILE
If you have the experience and skills below, this role might be for you:
Skills and experience:
- At least 6 years of experience within a SaaS company, a consulting firm, or a systems integrator, as well as experience in sales, project management, or management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- You are a committed, autonomous person who enjoys taking on challenges and is capable of managing complex situations or conflicts; you consider yourself a problem-solving expert.
- Experience collaborating with high-level partners (executive management).
- Experience in developing strategic relationships, increasing sales, and aligning objectives with partners' technological interests.
- Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and understanding of complex technical concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) and at least 6 years of relevant professional experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in English is required, as we serve clients throughout Canada from our Montreal office and the vast majority of our activities are conducted in English. However, as much as possible, we will support the employee's right to work in French.
