Overview
Within the Chief Data A.I. Technology Officer Area, you will join the Channel Core Engineering Platform, the technology center of excellence responsible for the development and evolution of the Group's digital channels. Joining the team as a Junior AI-Augmented Developer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and continuous evolution of digital applications, combining software engineering practices with the use of Artificial Intelligence and AI coding assistants.
What your activities will be
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to support the senior members of the Team in the following activities:
- Developing software using modern tools and methodologies
- Using AI and programming assistants to support software development activities
- Experimenting with AI for code generation, analysis, testing and documentation
- Reviewing, validating and understanding AI-generated results
- Contributing to troubleshooting and resolution of application problems
- Collaborating with the team on the development and evolution of applications
- Gradually learning and applying best practices in software development, testing and code quality
- Experimenting with new AI-based tools and ways of working
- Progressively developing an AI-Augmented software development approach
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- STEM degree
- Basic knowledge of programming and software development
- Knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably Java, Python or equivalent
- Interest and curiosity about Artificial Intelligence
- Basic knowledge of testing and debugging activities
- Strong learning ability and interest in exploring new technologies
- English at least at B2 level
The following knowledge is a preferred requirement:
- Knowledge of APIs and application services
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git
- Development experience gained through university, training courses, personal projects or early professional experiences
Candidates with international study experience will be given preferential consideration.
