Job Description

Lead the evolution of one or more product domains, ensuring alignment between strategy, discovery and execution, while developing Product Managers and promoting a results-driven, customer-focused and business-oriented culture.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop Product Managers, acting as a reference in product, business and execution.
Translate strategic objectives into opportunities, initiatives and prioritized roadmaps.
Ensure that product decisions are connected to business results and company objectives.
Conduct and support discovery processes, hypothesis validation and product strategy definition.
Orchestrate alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Operations and other stakeholders.
Monitor performance indicators, identifying opportunities for growth, retention, efficiency and profitability.
Ensure quality in execution, clarity of priorities and focus on generating value for customers and the business.
Support the building of a product culture based on data, continuous learning and experimentation.
Evolution of strategic results in the domain under your responsibility.
Quality and predictability of portfolio execution.
Development and performance of team PMs.
Stakeholder and customer satisfaction.
Ability to transform strategy into measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Experience managing Product Managers and leading complex initiatives.
Strong analytical capability and business vision.
Excellent communication and influence in multidisciplinary environments.
Ability to navigate between strategy (FL3), orchestration (FL2) and directing execution (FL1).
Results orientation, sense of ownership and decision-making skills.
