YOUR MISSION
As a Finance Analyst, your mission will be to lead and optimize the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring the correct issuance of tax documents, the timely recovery of working capital and the intelligent automation of invoicing, reconciliation and collections processes to maximize the operational efficiency and liquidity of the company

How will you help us accomplish our mission?
- Management and Recording of Tax Documents (P2P): Receive, validate and promptly record supplier invoices, expense reports and professional fee receipts, ensuring tax compliance and documentary support for expenses.
- Invoicing Management and Issuance (O2C): Ensure the correct issuance, validation and sending of electronic invoices (DTEs) to the customer portfolio.
- Portfolio Control and Recovery (Collections): Execute the collections strategy and monitor accounts receivable aging (Ageing), analyzing key indicators such as DSO to reduce delinquency and ensure a steady cash flow inflow.
- Accounting Analysis and Financial Integrity: Perform detailed analysis and precise recording of accounting entries (both income and expenses and provisions), guaranteeing the integrity of financial information.
- Support in Reporting and Closings: Actively support monthly and annual accounting closings, collaborating in the preparation of financial statements and preparing the information needed for reporting to the parent company.
- Budget Control and Expenses: Participate in the analysis of budget variances, identifying deviations and inconsistencies to support expense control management.
- Process Automation with Python and AI (Claude / Gemini): Design and implement Python scripts and workflows with Artificial Intelligence models to automate manual and operational processes in the area.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Alignment with our principles
- University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or Business Administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel, for data analysis and management.
- Experience in Automation and Application of Artificial Intelligence (Claude/Python)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in roles in accounting, invoicing and collections, treasury, preferably in multinational environments.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail for problem-solving and precision in financial data.
- Organizational skills and proactivity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
