🎯 Role Mission
As an Accounting Analyst, your mission will be to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the accounting closings of our companies, providing key financial information that drives strategic decision-making and guarantees transparency.
🛠️ How will you help us fulfil our mission?
- Execute the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close of the assigned companies, rigorously meeting internal calendars.
- Prepare the Month Pack annexes and analyse variances, communicating them clearly to Management Control, FP&A and Global.
- Actively collaborate in the preparation and handling of external audits, facilitating transparency and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate the inputs needed for the close with key teams such as Treasury, Labour, Tax, Procurement and Fleet.
- Identify and actively propose the implementation of automations in repetitive processes, using tools such as upload templates, reconciliations or AI.
🔍 What we are looking for
- Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Finance or similar.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting, with mastery of the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC) and performing complete monthly closings from start to finish, including reporting to the parent company or group.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query) and experience with an ERP (NetSuite is a plus).
- Genuine interest in automating accounting processes and applying AI tools, while always maintaining an analytical approach.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors.
- Focus on continuous improvement, seeking simplification and efficiency in processes.
