About Webflow
What is Webflow?
Webflow is a visual website builder and content management system that empowers designers, marketers, and businesses to build professional, responsive websites without writing code. Founded in 2013, Webflow combines the power of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into a visual canvas, giving users complete design freedom while generating clean, production-ready code.
The platform serves over 3.5 million users and powers websites for companies like Dell, Discord, Zendesk, and Dropbox. Webflow has raised $335 million in funding and is valued at over $4 billion, making it one of the most valuable companies in the no-code/low-code space.
Where will I work?
Webflow is remote-first. While the company has an office in San Francisco, there is no requirement to work from it. The majority of the team works remotely across the United States and internationally. Webflow has committed to never mandating a return to office, making remote work a permanent part of the company culture.
What is the Webflow team like?
With approximately 1,700 employees, Webflow has built a culture rooted in craft, empowerment, and customer obsession. The team includes designers, engineers, marketers, and customer advocates who are passionate about democratizing web development. Webflow values thoughtful execution, transparency, and creating an inclusive workplace.
Work-Life Balance
Webflow offers flexible PTO with regular manager check-ins to ensure people are actually taking time off. The company provides "refresh days" — company-wide days off throughout the year for everyone to recharge together. After 5 years of service, employees earn a sabbatical leave. The remote-first model means flexibility in when and where you work.
