Due to COVID-19, Volt has transitioned to a fully distributed workforce. All open positions are remote at this time, however, candidates should be based in the US with a willingness to travel to Seattle periodically. Volt has recently adopted a 4-day workweek, allowing employees to have more control over their work schedules. Unsurprisingly, this has resulted in higher levels of job satisfaction and lower levels of stress across the company!

We have no meetings on Fridays and allow our employees to choose what they do on Fridays e.g. rest, personal development, light work. Most employees don't work on a Friday, especially during the summer months
