What is Unleashed?
Unleashed is a UK-based People & Culture and Leadership Development consultancy helping tech companies turn their people strategy into a competitive advantage. The team delivers two distinct service lines side by side. Where will I work?
Unleashed is based in London with a hybrid working pattern that includes required in-person days. The team currently partners with businesses in the UK 🇬🇧, Europe 🇪🇺 and US 🇺🇸 — clients beyond these markets are invited to reach out: "If you are located elsewhere, pop us a 📩 and we will see what we can do!"
What is the Unleashed team like?
The team is comprised of People + Culture experts and senior leadership-development practitioners working with start-ups and scale-ups. The Leadership Unleashed programme format is rigorous: "Online or in-person, but always live / Duration: 14 weeks (7 x 2.5 hours, sessions every two weeks) / Group size: 10-12 participants max." Pricing is transparent: Virtual £12,200 / In-person £14,300 for teams; £1,000 per leader for individuals in open cohorts.
The consultancy methodology is community-based, not content-dump: "We harness the power of peer learning through live group coaching and workshops. Real challenges. Real experiences. Work-Life Balance
Unleashed operates a hybrid pattern with London base. Sessions follow the cohort programme cadence — every two weeks for the 14-week programmes, with 10-12 participants per group.
