About Twenty7tec
What is Twenty7tec?
Twenty7tec is a UK fintech building technology that powers the mortgage and wealth advice market. Founded in 2014, its platforms (including the CloudTwenty7 suite) connect advisers, lenders and consumers — searching, sourcing and processing mortgage applications for a large share of the UK intermediary market. Around 100 people work across product, engineering, client success and commercial teams.
Where will I work?
Twenty7tec is headquartered in Bournemouth, Dorset, with flexible working practised across the business. Some roles are office-based, others hybrid — and dogs are welcome in the office.
What is the Twenty7tec team like?
A ~92-person team led by CEO James Tucker, whose stated philosophy is that "a great business starts with its employees". Work-life balance scores are outstanding for a fintech: 4.9 out of 5 on Indeed (14 reviews) and a 5-star work/life balance rating on Glassdoor, with reviews noting "the emphasis on wellbeing and balance is a key differentiator" and that leaders "take time to ensure employees are well while working hard together". The environment is fast-paced and always evolving — suited to people who enjoy busy, changing work.
