About TUX Creative House

What is TUX Creative House?

TUX is an independent creative house that plans, makes and launches campaigns. Its pitch is "One process. Zero silos.": each project gets a team assembled "from diverse marketing expertise—strategy, design, web, 3D, production and more—without the barriers of silos", working across advertising, content, production, media and 3D. Recent work includes Levi's Pride 2026 and summer campaigns, W Hotels' cinematic "Hotel Tales" series, Nike Swim, Quip, Maybelline's Instant Age Rewind Eraser, Innisfree, Blundstone, Windsor Salt, the menopause brand Bonafide and the Polo 67 campaign with Aaron Judge. Adweek named TUX one of its Fastest Growing Agencies for 2025. The house was founded by its chief executive, Dominic Tremblay, and its chief creative officer, Ludwig Ciupka.

Where will I work?

In one of two studios. Montreal is home: TUX calls itself a "100% Quebec company", with an office on Saint-Hubert Street in Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, and it also has an office in Los Angeles (Culver City). Projects run for clients in Quebec, across Canada and in the United States. Current openings are tied to one studio or the other — creative roles in both cities, client-partnership roles in Montreal and a producer in Los Angeles — and none is advertised as remote.

What is the TUX team like?

The site calls TUX a "house of diverse thinkers and fierce makers", and its team page lists about fifty people across creative direction, copywriting, art direction, design, 3D, motion, production, media strategy and client partnership. TUX says it values "skills and potential over degrees or previous agency experience", and it invites anyone who has felt they weren't "the right fit" because of their gender, sexual orientation, skin colour, name, faith, body type or a neurological, psychological or physical condition to get in touch. Postings describe "human management practices based on collaboration, empathy, and tailor-made development". TUX is a certified B Corp and, by its own account, Ecocert and 2SLGBTQI+ certified.

Work-Life Balance

TUX works a four-day week at full pay. "We're embracing the 4-day work week without compromising pay and assigning workloads that reflect fewer working hours," its culture article says. "The idea here is actual work-life balance, not a 40hrs-in-4-days sprint." Every current posting offers "a 4-day work week with competitive compensation", and the Client Partner posting adds: "we work a four-day week. Because great ideas don't just happen at the office between 9 and 5." TUX has also written publicly about its move, to help other companies make the same change.
