About THRYVE
Who We Are
THRYVE was founded in 2014 to solve one of the hardest challenges in technology: connecting exceptional engineering talent with the organisations building mission-critical systems across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). We operate from two offices — Thryve Consulting GmbH at Pariser Platz 6A, 10117 Berlin, and Thryve Talent Ltd at 4 Eastcheap, City of London — and the majority of our team works from our London HQ supporting clients across DACH.
Since 2014, we have partnered with over 650 companies to build and scale high-performing teams across energy and digital infrastructure, deep tech and applied science, and cloud and cyber environments. We've supported more than 1,500 technology professionals in securing roles where they can drive real impact. Today, our network spans a community of over 150,000 engineers, technologists, and industry leaders shaping the future of energy systems, AI, cloud platforms, and next-generation infrastructure across DACH.
