About Think Productive
Who We Are
Think Productive is a global organisation that offers practical support to organisations seeking to increase productivity and enhance workplace wellbeing. We specialise in helping teams work smarter, not harder.
We help employees beat stress, feel more in control, and develop playful, productive momentum through our expertly designed in-house workshops and personalized at-desk coaching sessions. Our approach focuses on sustainable productivity practices that respect work-life balance and human limitations.
Our Values
Our core values guide everything we do and shape how we work with clients:
- Psychology before Technology – We believe lasting productivity comes from understanding human behaviour, not just adopting the latest tools
- Human, not Superhero – We promote realistic, sustainable approaches that work with our natural energy levels and limitations
- We Walk Our Talk – We practice what we preach, modelling the productivity techniques and work-life balance we teach
- Trust and Kindness are our Rocketfuel – We build our team culture and client relationships on mutual respect and compassion
- We're a not-just-for-profit company – We balance commercial success with positive social impact and ethical business practices
Our 4-Day Work Week
Since November 2011, our UK team has worked to a 4-Day Week (4DW), making us pioneers in the flexible working movement.
At that time, we were one of only a handful of companies in the world to consciously ditch the 5-day work week in favour of a permanent 3-day weekend. Our commitment to this model demonstrates our genuine belief in the productivity principles we teach.
We didn't cut holidays. We didn't cut pay. We still ask everyone to work one Friday in every four, and it also gives us a nice secret "overflow" day with no meetings to catch up on project work. This approach allows us to maintain client responsiveness while protecting our team's wellbeing and work-life balance.
Our experience with the 4-day week hasn't just improved our team's quality of life – it's made us better consultants, giving us genuine expertise in helping other organisations explore flexible working arrangements.
