About Think Productive

What is Think Productive?

Think Productive is a global productivity and leadership training consultancy founded in April 2009 by Graham Allcott. From its Brighton headquarters (Preston Park House, South Road, Brighton, BN1 6SB), Think Productive delivers practical, human-centred workplace training, leadership programmes and bite-sized core-skills workshops via a worldwide network of "Productivity Ninjas." The company is the original home of the Productivity Ninja® brand and Graham Allcott's bestselling book "How to be a Productivity Ninja" has sold more than 100,000 copies; his other titles include "KIND: The Quiet Power of Kindness at Work."

Think Productive's specialisms are Leadership & Management training, Productivity & Wellbeing training, and Core Skills workshops — designed to help organisations build healthy, human-centred, high-performing cultures; tackle burnout, stress and disengagement; clarify priorities; manage hybrid working; and lead through change.

Clients have included British Airways, The Cabinet Office, eBay, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Barclays Commercial Bank, Symantec, Cardiff University, Southern Water and Boots UK. Think Productive has been featured in ITV News, BBC Radio 1, The Guardian and Forbes.

Where will I work?

Think Productive Ltd is registered in Brighton, UK, with a global team and partner offices in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, The Netherlands, the UAE, the United States, West and South Asia, and Western Europe. The UK team is fully remote with occasional offsite gatherings.

What is the Think Productive team like?

The team self-describes as "a global team of real-life productivity experts, wellbeing champions (and geeks!) who passionately walk the talk." UK Managing Director is Elena Kerrigan; founder Graham Allcott remains CEO. Values:

  • Psychology before Technology: "the keys to competence and impact are in how we think"
  • Human, not Superhero: rejects "unhelpful perfectionism and 'guru-mentality'" while keeping high standards
  • We Walk Our Talk: "Everything we teach, we practice. Passionately."
  • Trust and Kindness are our Rocketfuel: "Kindness as a strength, not a weakness."
  • Integrity-First Company: ethical decisions prioritising the highest form of good

Work-Life Balance

Think Productive has worked a 4-Day Week (4DW) since November 2011 — long before it hit the headlines, making them one of the first companies in the world to consciously adopt the model. The current arrangement: the UK team works Monday–Thursday with Fridays off, plus one Friday worked every four weeks (used as an "overflow" day with no meetings for project catch-up). The team rationale is research-backed: knowledge-work productivity drops after roughly 30 hours per week.

Perks and Benefits

  • 4-Day Week (4DW) since November 2011 — three Fridays in four off; the fourth a no-meetings overflow day
  • Full pay maintained at the 4-day pattern (no reduction in salary or holiday)
  • Fully remote with global team and partner network
  • Values-led culture grounded in kindness, trust and integrity
  • Access to founder Graham Allcott's methodology, bestselling books and bite-sized training programmes
  • Mission-driven work transforming how organisations approach productivity and wellbeing
