Split Banana is an award-winning Community Interest Company (CIC) founded in 2018, dedicated to providing inclusive relationships, sex, and health education (RSHE) for young people. Based in Bristol with a presence in London, the organisation delivers interactive workshops directly to young people, trains educators, and supports schools in developing comprehensive RSHE programmes.

As a CIC, Split Banana reinvests its profits into its social mission, ensuring that high-quality, inclusive education reaches as many young people as possible. Their approach is evidence-based, inclusive, and designed to empower young people to make informed decisions about their health, relationships, and wellbeing.

Where will I work?

Split Banana is headquartered in Bristol, United Kingdom, with additional operations in London. The team works a hybrid model, combining office-based work with visits to schools and community settings to deliver workshops and training. The nature of the work means that facilitators and trainers spend time in schools across Bristol and London, while planning, development, and administrative work can be done from the office or remotely.

With approximately 23 employees, Split Banana has a passionate team of educators, facilitators, programme developers, and support staff who share a commitment to improving young people's access to inclusive health education.
