Powered by years of travel-intent data and AI-driven targeting, Sojern enables travel marketers to "increase their profitability and unlock growth by connecting them with the perfect travellers."
In 2026, Sojern is in active transition: Adara joined the company to build the future of travel marketing, and Sojern itself has joined RateGain — meaning the broader hiring is consolidating onto the RateGain careers site while Sojern continues to operate as a strong product brand. Customers span hotel groups, destination marketing organisations, attractions, and major airlines.
Where will I work?
Sojern is a global, hybrid-flexible company with team members across 14 countries. The company explicitly supports three modes: "primarily in an office, primarily remote, or something in the middle." Work-Life Balance
