About Signaturit

What is Signaturit?

Signaturit is a digital-transaction software company founded in Spain in 2013 and headquartered in Barcelona. Since 1 July 2025 it has been part of the Namirial group, and its own website now carries a banner reading "Signaturit Group is becoming Namirial", so the Signaturit name may change over time. Its ads describe a cloud-native platform covering identity verification and onboarding, electronic signatures, authentication, communications, fraud prevention, qualified archiving and electronic invoicing, and say it operates as a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) under the eIDAS Regulation. The pre-sales ad lists customer use cases in banking, insurance, real estate, public administration and HR.

Where will I work?

The About page lists offices in Barcelona (C/ Àvila 29), Valencia (Paterna) and Paris (Puteaux, La Défense), and the careers site also filters by Bucharest, Naples and Senigallia. On the day this profile was checked, the careers site showed 14 openings: five in Barcelona, two in Madrid, six in Paris La Défense and one 12-month marketing contract spread across Naples, Barcelona and Senigallia. Every opening is tagged Hybrid, and several ads list a "Flexible hybrid work set up", but none says how many days are spent in the office. Several Barcelona sales roles are aimed at the French market and ask for French, while the multilingual SDR role asks for English plus Spanish, Italian, German or Romanian.

What is the Signaturit team like?

The openings are mostly commercial: account executives, sales development representatives, account managers and a pre-sales engineer, alongside customer success, customer support, infrastructure and marketing roles. The careers site groups them under Customer & Operations, G&A, Product, Revenue and Tech. One account manager ad describes working "in tandem with cross-functional teams, including Revenue, Product, Engineering, Customer, Marketing and Legal". The careers page lists three commitments to candidates: "Respect for equal opportunity", "Transparency and feedback" and "Responsiveness". Ads state the interview stages up front: an HR discovery call of 30 minutes, a first interview with the business, a business case, a second interview with business-case feedback, an online assessment and a reference check. The careers page says the process involves a maximum of 4 to 5 stages, including 3 interviews.

Work-Life Balance

Thirteen of the 14 live ads, across sales, customer success, support, pre-sales and infrastructure roles in Spain and France, list "Flexible working hours" under Why Join Us. The French ads write it as "Flexible working hours and A framework status with RTT", without saying how many RTT days that means. The Spanish ads add "Summer intensive working schedule" and "Intensive workday on Fridays (all year long)", but give no start, finish or total hours. No core hours are stated anywhere we checked, and annual leave days are not stated in the ads; the Spanish ads do list "Celebrate your birthday with a day off". Remote work is the hybrid arrangement described above, and the ads do not say how many days are remote.
