What is SBC Performance?
SBC Performance is a performance marketing agency. Its homepage calls it "The margin engine for growth" and says the "SBC ecosystem combines in-house creative, expert media buying and proprietary technology". The company runs paid acquisition for client brands across Meta, TikTok, Google and Bing. The About page says it began in the fourth quarter of 2021 as a performance unit, became a full-service agency in 2023 and has built its own tracker and CRM. The site cites 23 active markets and more than $150M of media spend managed. The legal entity is SBC Performance s.r.o., registered in Prague, which also trades as SBC Digital. Some adverts describe in-house products as well, such as an AdTech and AI-powered platform and FixiHouse, a lead generation product for home improvement that connects homeowners with contractors.
Where will I work?
The About page lists Warsaw, Prague and Kyiv among its offices, and the registered office is in Prague's Smíchov district. Most adverts are remote or hybrid. Candidates in Ukraine see "Hybrid job in Prague/Warsaw or remote from Ukraine" (Head of Performance Marketing), "Fully remote work" (Senior Go Developer) and Remote work (Senior User Acquisition Manager), while the QA advert says "Prague Onsite or Remote (Poland and Ukraine)". The US adverts say "Remote position", and the Prague partnership role offers "Office in Prague" with "the ability to work from our office or in a hybrid format".
What is the SBC Performance team like?
The About page lists five values: honesty, action and speed, accountability for results, ambition and scale, and growth and self-realisation, with lines such as "70% today beats 100% never." The adverts mention "An international team working across the US and European markets", "Open feedback and transparent direct communication" and "Company events and multiple internal activities". The Prague partnership role promises "Direct reporting to the CEO, with fast decisions and real influence on strategy". Engineers are asked to work in an "AI-first workflow" (Senior Go Developer), and the Head of Performance Marketing role is about building the performance function "as a system, not a set of campaigns".
Work-Life Balance
Nine of the 11 live vacancies on 6 November 2026 list flexible hours as a benefit, across engineering, performance marketing, brand and partnership roles in Ukraine, Czechia and the United States. The engineering and marketing adverts say: "Flexible working hours: we start our operation day between 9:00 - 11:00 CET". The Prague partnership, US partnership, brand and QA adverts list "Flexible working hours" under What We Offer. No core hours are stated. One caution: the Prague partnership role works closely with the US team, "so your schedule may be partly shifted from European hours". The adverts list "Paid vacation and sick leaves" without a number of days.
