What is &samhoud?
&samhoud is a Dutch strategy and organisational-change consultancy based in Utrecht, founded in 1989. It helps organisations with vision, leadership, culture and transformation, working on a results basis rather than hourly billing.
Work-Life Balance
From 1 January, all ~120 employees are off every Friday with full salary retained — "Vanaf 1 januari zijn alle 120 medewerkers elke vrijdag vrij, met behoud van salaris." The shorter week is genuinely reduced hours (enabled by AI tooling), not compressed.
