What is SACLÀB?
SACLÀB is a German e-commerce luxury start-up founded in 2018 by siblings Alexandra and Jan-Oliver Stueck. The company describes itself as "sartorial consultants for sought-after handbags" — Europe's leading marketplace for authenticated, pre-loved top-tier leather handbags by Hermès, Chanel, Dior, Bottega Veneta and others. SACLÀB was named "the leading marketplace for designer handbags" by Vogue Germany and operates with a mission of bringing transparency, fair pricing and impeccable service into the pre-loved luxury sphere. Today the company has clients in more than 20 countries.
Services span buying (curation of difficult-to-find and waiting-list pieces), selling (full-service approach with professional photography and low commission rates), virtual advisory consultations, authentication & grading following a strict in-house protocol, and bespoke requests. The team's favourite piece to date is a Hermès Birkin 20 Faubourg "Sous La Neige" — a record-breaking trade and the highest-traded bag on the German-speaking market.
Where will I work?
SACLÀB operates from offices in Munich (registered HQ) and Amsterdam. The team works a hybrid mix of remote and on-site working from both locations. Customer service operates Monday–Friday 9 AM to 6 PM (CET).

SACLÀB is a young, dynamic and multinational team (DB records ~19 people across Munich and Amsterdam). Work-Life Balance
SACLÀB offers a 4-day work week option (32 hours) alongside the standard 5-day option — the team can choose. Holiday allowance for those on a 4-day pattern is 23 vacation days plus public holidays. The company emphasises healthy work-life balance and "work smarter, not longer."
