Where will I work?
RWS' head office is at Compass House, Vanwall Business Park, Vanwall Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 4UB (the registered office moved here from Chalfont St Peter in early 2025), with offices in many countries. Roles fall into five tracks: in-house corporate and linguistic positions (RWS Global), the independent-specialist Localization network, AI data-training freelance work via the TrainAI community, RWS Campus (academic partnership), and technology-engineering roles. The TrainAI track is explicitly "Freelance, remote, part-time, work from home" — community members "choose which freelance, remote, part-time, work from home jobs you want to work on and when."

Work-Life Balance
