What is Punch-Creative?
Punch is a hospitality-specialist marketing and growth agency, founded in 2007 as "a team of three friends who believed great work should be built on great relationships." The agency began life as Punch Creative (a fully integrated communications agency in Leeds) and has refocused as Punch Hospitality, positioning itself between consultancy and agency for hospitality brands across the UK.
Services span strategy and insight, commercial alignment, tech stack and systems, digital experience, AI transformation, performance marketing, brand/PR/content, and creative campaigns. Featured client work includes Cedar Court Hotels (marketing strategy and campaign), Kingfisher Hospitality Group (winter campaign), Cairn Group (Crowne Plaza by IHG Gerrards Cross), and Clermont Hotel Group (Thistle Hotels website launch).
In 2016 the agency bought a Grade II listed chapel on the edge of Leeds, which it has occupied ever since: "In many ways it reflects the business we have built: independent, full of character and designed to bring people together."
Where will I work?
Punch operates from Chapel Studios, Bradford Road, Pudsey, West Yorkshire, LS28 6DA — the Grade II listed chapel they own. The agency is office-first with one hybrid working-from-home day per week, and has a four-day Mon-Thu working pattern (see Work-Life Balance below). Phone: 0113 255 7285.
What is the Punch team like?
Nearly half the team has been with the agency since its early days. The 18-strong team is led by Richard (Creative Director), Louise (Commercial Director), Malcolm (Development Director), Jess (Account Director), Jack (Head of Digital), Charlotte (Head of Operations), Helen (Office and People Manager), Julie (Head of Design), and includes named senior web developers (Neil, Paul, Matt), a Junior Web Developer (Liam), Office Manager (Karen) and the design team (Andy, Jade, Kim).

Work-Life Balance
Punch operates a permanent 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday) — verbatim from the Values page: "To provide a better work-life balance, we only work Monday through Thursday. This creates a more focused team, with a longer weekend so we can spend time doing the things that matter to us. We encourage our people to develop their creative pursuits or simply spend time away from the screen to bring a new sense of energy and purpose to their week."
The agency also operates a permanent flexible-hours and hybrid policy: "Sometimes in life, we have to deal with disruptions, changes, and responsibilities that make a nine-to-five routine difficult. That's why whether you have an appointment, or are on school pick-up duty, you can flex your hours to work for you. We also offer one hybrid working from home day a week to allow you to change your environment and meet your needs."
