What is Public Policy Lab?

Public Policy Lab is a nonprofit innovation lab founded in 2011, dedicated to designing human-centered policies and public services that improve the lives of marginalized communities. Where will I work?

Public Policy Lab is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, and operates a hybrid working model. Team members split their time between the Brooklyn studio and remote working, with in-person collaboration for design workshops, community research sessions, and client meetings. The hybrid model supports both the collaborative nature of design work and the flexibility that team members need for focused research and writing.
