About Projective Group
What is Projective Group?
Projective Group is a financial services consultancy. Its About page opens: "Established in 2006, Projective Group is a leading financial services consultancy." The history page says Projective was founded in Belgium by Stefan Dierckx "to manage and deliver complex projects within the financial services sector", and the About page counts "More than 1,000 practitioners in payments, data, transformation and risk & compliance", "200+ clients across Europe" and "115+ million euro annual revenue". The Belgian adverts describe four practices, Data (including AI), Payments, Risk & Compliance and Transformation, and name clients such as ING, Belfius, P&V, Euroclear and SWIFT. The group also sells managed services, staffing and training. Its talent page says "we deliver skilled professionals for your short-term or project-based needs", and its managed-services page covers outsourced financial-crime and KYC operations. The adverts we read for Belgium are consulting-practice roles, so this profile describes that side of the business.
Where will I work?
The Belgian adverts are headed "Brussels" and the HiBob board lists the site as "BE - Diegem"; two of them describe "A modern office in Diegem featuring a stocked bar, darts, a pinball machine and pool table." The imprint gives the registered office of Projective Holding SA as De Kleetlaan 5A/4, 1831 Machelen. The 34 adverts on the HiBob board, read on 6 November 2026, sit in Belgium (17), the Netherlands (11), Germany (4) and the UK (2). Consultants work with client teams, and two Belgian adverts qualify the hybrid setup with "depending on client requirements", so the pattern can depend on the engagement. Fourteen Belgian adverts ask for English plus Dutch or French, and three ask for English plus Dutch, with French only a plus.
What is the Projective Group team like?
The careers page names three values, entrepreneurship, pragmatism and selflessness, and says "Our structure is flat, so whatever your role, you can take initiative, be brave and be heard." The AI Solution Architect advert describes an AI Competence Centre and an AI Lab: "Join our AI Competence Centre and work on influential projects for clients such as ING, Belfius, P&V, Euroclear and SWIFT." The About page says the group keeps investing in its experts through Projective Academy and coaching. The Belgian adverts ask for between 2 and 8 years of experience, and ten of the 17 ask for five or more; the other countries include a junior finance role in Amsterdam and a graduate KYC role in Cardiff. Some adverts also ask consultants to support proposals and business development within existing client relationships.
Work-Life Balance
Sixteen of the 17 Belgian adverts list the same benefit: "A hybrid work setup with flexible hours and part-time remote options". They cover all four practices: Data (5), Payments (4), Transformation (4) and Risk & Compliance (3). The wording appears only in Belgian adverts. Two English-language Amsterdam adverts offer "A healthy work-life balance, with a hybrid mix of office and home-based working options" and the Dutch-language ones carry a Dutch equivalent, none of them with flexible hours, and the German adverts mention flexibility only as a requirement of the candidate. No core-hours window or required overlap is stated, and the adverts do not give a number of leave days.
