Who We Are

Planning Center builds integrated church management software that helps churches organize ministry, coordinate events, plan worship services, communicate with teams, and connect with congregations. The company began when two church staffers created a better way to plan services—an app now known as Services—and grew into a comprehensive suite now used by churches of all sizes across the country. Based in Carlsbad, CA, we remain focused on solving real problems for ministries with approachable, reliable tools that serve thousands of churches every week.

Our Team

We're a humble, craft-minded team of approximately 200 professionals motivated to do excellent work for the church. Designers, engineers, product managers, and support specialists collaborate closely to ship well-made, well-supported software that ministries depend on. We're remote-friendly across the USA and use clear communication, thoughtful processes, and modern tooling so people can do their best work without needless friction. Our team culture prioritizes both excellence and empathy—we believe great software comes from people who are given the space to think deeply, collaborate meaningfully, and maintain a sustainable pace.

Four-Day Work Week

• Every Other Friday Off (32-hour work week) from September through May, giving you regular extended weekends throughout most of the year.
• Every Single Friday Off from June through August—enjoy full three-day weekends all summer long for extra time with family and friends.
