The platform provides over 130 automation tools — called Phantoms — that enable teams to extract publicly available data from social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), automate outreach sequences, and build lead generation pipelines without writing code.

Founded in 2016 by Guillaume Boiret and Martin Tapia in Paris, PhantomBuster has grown into a self-funded, profitable company trusted by thousands of sales teams, marketers, and growth professionals worldwide. Where will I work?

PhantomBuster is a remote-first company with team members distributed across 15 countries. While the headquarters is in Paris, the team works remotely from across the EU, with a preference for candidates based in France, Spain, Portugal, or Poland. The company organises regular offsites to bring the distributed team together in person.
