We wanted to land on a structure that gives us the ability to work with talented people in a part-time capacity, providing them the freedom to work on other projects or pursue personal interests alongside their work with Outseta. We recognize that great talent wants autonomy and the ability to design their own careers.
Our unique structure provides a pre-defined pay rate based on the number of days you work on Outseta each week—and you have the flexibility to work for equity in the business to the extent that you want to as well. This means you can choose your own adventure: work full-time, work part-time while building your own projects, or anything in between.
Our Benefits
