About Outcomes First Group
Who We Are
Outcomes First Group is a UK-based specialist provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with complex needs — including SEND, neurodiversity, ADHD, autism, and social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Operating as a trading name of Oasis Topco 1 Limited (Company No. 15274446) with its registered office at Atria, Spa Road, Bolton BL1 4AG, the Group runs schools, post-16 colleges, residential care services, and specialist therapeutic and online education provision across the UK.
What We Do
OFG operates five service areas: Education (schools and post-16 colleges providing safe, nurturing environments for vulnerable children and young people), Residential Care (high-quality residential settings for children, young people and adults), Clinical Services (therapeutic and wellbeing programmes delivered by an in-house clinician team), Professional Services (specialist support to help young people overcome barriers and engage with education), and Central Services (group-wide functions including IT, Marketing and HR). The Group is structured into four brand divisions: independent and international schools; exceptional online education; mainstream-school learning-barrier support; and SEND specialist provision.
Where Will I Work?
Roles are spread across the Group's school and care sites across England — recent listings include Parkside House School (Backworth, North-East), Mountfield Heath School (Robertsbridge, East Sussex), and Red Kite School (Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire). Central Services roles are based at the Bolton registered office. Most school-facing roles are 37.5-40 hours per week, Monday-to-Friday, in-school.
What is the Outcomes First Group Team Like?
OFG describes its culture as "supportive and inclusive … where employees feel valued, empowered, and encouraged to grow professionally," with a strong emphasis on training, development and wellbeing. The Group has invested in a Learning and Talent team and provides extensive online training tools and courses, plus a professional support network offering personalised advice and learning sessions.
