What is Beam?
Beam is a decentralized gaming ecosystem powered by the $BEAM token, built on the Avalanche subnet. It brings together gamers, developers, and ecosystem participants to shape the future of gaming on-chain. Core protocols include the Beam Network, Sphere (NFT marketplace) and BeamSwap, along with products like Beam Hub, Beam SDK and the Beam Companion app.
The Beam Foundation (a memberless Cayman Islands foundation company) is the steward of the ecosystem's decentralization, growth and development. Beam Labs is the development team.
Where will I work?
Fully remote. Beam Labs operates as a globally distributed organisation; team members are spread across multiple time zones.
What is the team like?
~30 across product, engineering, business development, marketing and community. Self-described as "flexible but structured, with diverse and proactive teammates spread across the globe".
