What is Multiview Financial Software?
Multiview Financial Software makes Multiview ERP, enterprise resource planning and financial management software built for healthcare. "Multiview is The Healthcare ERP Company," its VP of IT posting says, and its site puts the focus plainly: "Healthcare is all we do." The software covers the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting and forecasting, fixed assets, materials and supply chain management and business intelligence, and it connects to EHR systems including Epic, Oracle Health, MEDITECH, PointClickCare, TruBridge and Juno Health. Its customers are critical access and community hospitals, health systems, FQHCs and clinics, senior living operators and skilled nursing facilities, and it says its software is used "at over 400 healthcare settings across North America". Founded in 1990, it is "recognized by KLAS Research as the #1 ERP for healthcare organizations under 300 beds", and its stated vision is to "End Month End".
Where will I work?
From home. Multiview is remote-first: "We are a remote-first company and welcome candidates across Canada. The expectations are that in-person meetings or in-person work will be less than 10% of the time." Its headquarters and mailing address are in Ottawa. In October 2026 its BambooHR board lists two full-time roles: an implementation consultant for materials management, remote within North America, at "$90,000 to $110,000.00 CAD annually", which asks for the ability to travel within North America; and a vice president of information technology and chief information security officer, remote in Canada, at $180,000 to $250,000 CAD plus variable pay.
What is the Multiview Financial Software team like?
"Our team is made up of controllers, accountants, and supply chain specialists who have worked in healthcare settings big and small," the homepage says, and client implementations stay in-house: "Delivered by Multiview experts. No outsourcing. No external hand-offs." Support comes from a "North America–based support team that understands healthcare finance." Its five values are People First, Client Obsessed, Stronger Together, Work Smart and Believe in Better, and Work Smart reads: "We value impact over effort and results over hours spent." The careers page is upfront that "Multiview isn't for everyone": "We work hard, solve problems, take ownership, and support each other." An employee review on the same page praises "good work-life balance, all while being remote-first". Its culture is recognized by Great Place to Work, and it was named one of the National Capital Region's Top Employers for 2026 and is on the list of Canada's Top Small & Medium Employers.
Work-Life Balance
Paid time off reaches 30 days a year, but only just. The careers page promises "a very healthy 4 weeks of paid time off", and the implementation consultant posting spells it out: "4 weeks vacation to start, additional paid time off to supplement work-life balance, wellness, and mental health days." With Ontario's 9 statutory holidays, that is 20 + 9 = 29 days plus the additional paid days, whose number is not published: at least 30 days, exactly at the threshold rather than above it. There is also a volunteer time off program. The Work Smart value is candid that "some seasons require extra effort, and when they do, we rise to the challenge", alongside the belief that "balance, efficiency, and continuous improvement are the foundation for long-term success." Weekly hours are not published.
