Work-Life Balance
Muckle Media trialled the 4-day week in summer 2023 and made it a permanent offering — described as "now part of our permanent offering and something our team loves." Employees work either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday on full-time pay. The agency adds eight weeks of annual holiday on top of the 4-day-week structure, plus an enhanced maternity package that includes one month's salary as a pre-baby bonus.
