Where will I work?

This is a hybrid company. Roles based at the Derry/Londonderry HQ "require 3 days per week to be based in our Derry/Londonderry HQ," while "technology roles offer flexible hybrid & remote working options." MetaCompliance operates as a global team, with additional offices across Europe — current openings span the Derry HQ alongside Leipzig, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Porto, reflecting a genuinely international footprint.
