Founded in 2018, we've grown into a remote-first team across 8+ countries with an office in Paris, France. Trusted by thousands of organisations and developers worldwide, Meilisearch powers discoverability for 300,000+ AI models at Hugging Face and retail experiences at Louis Vuitton.

The Meilisearch core repository has over 57.5k GitHub stars. Every design spec, SDK, and feature is built transparently in collaboration with the open-source community.
