By helping brands create rich post-purchase experiences, we help them engage their customers and keep them excited while they wait for their order.

We're a venture-backed company with $8M in funding from leading coastal and midwest venture funds including Base10, Harlem Capital, Hyde Park Venture Partners, and High Alpha. Our team of 35 professionals is dedicated to transforming the often-overlooked post-purchase experience into a powerful engagement opportunity for brands.

Malomo's platform empowers e-commerce brands to take control of their post-purchase customer experience. Our solution helps reduce customer support tickets, automates branded shipping notifications, and generates additional revenue streams—all while keeping customers happy and informed as they await their package delivery.

By replacing generic carrier tracking pages with beautifully branded experiences, we help our clients turn a mundane shipment notification into an opportunity for engagement, upselling, and brand reinforcement.
