What is Lucidya?
Lucidya is an AI-native customer experience (CX) intelligence platform headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The platform "manages entire customer lifecycles autonomously, from initial engagement through retention and growth," powered by proprietary NLU capabilities developed in-house and trained on millions of multilingual conversations. Unlike platforms that only surface insights and leave the action to the customer, Lucidya completes the loop — equipping marketing, support, CX, and research teams to deliver personalised experiences that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
Lucidya is proudly certified as a Great Place to Work® in the Middle East. Where will I work?
Lucidya is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with team members across Jeddah (KSA), Cairo (Egypt), and remote roles spanning Jordan, India, Turkey, and Portugal. The "10x Software Engineer" programme is a multi-country remote engineering role. Customer-facing roles in MENA require Arabic and English fluency.
