About Loud Mouth Media

Who we are

Loud Mouth Media is a multi-award-winning performance marketing agency founded in Belfast in 2011 by Managing Director Mark Haslam. Today the agency operates from four offices — Belfast, Glasgow, London, and Dublin — and holds the rare combination of Google Premier Partner, Meta Business Partner, and Microsoft Ads Partner accreditations, ranking among the Top 3% of agencies in the UK.

What we do

Loud Mouth delivers PPC, paid social, SEO, performance creative, and email marketing for ambitious brands. The agency's case studies highlight results like a 30% increase in purchases and 11% AOV uplift for BES, a 94% increase in Meta revenue and 16% improvement in Meta ROAS for Lyle & Scott, 243% more registrations for YouFibre, and 13–15% year-over-year organic growth for SSE Airtricity. Recent awards include "PPC Agency of the Year" and "Integrated Search Agency of the Year" at the UK Agency Awards.

Where will I work?

The agency operates a hybrid model with offices in Belfast (HQ at 17 College Square East), Glasgow, London, and Dublin. From the careers page: "We work a 4-day week without loss of pay, plus flexible working options to give you balance and freedom in how you work." Office space includes a fun, casual environment for in-person collaboration.

What is the Loud Mouth team like?

Loud Mouth Media became the first digital agency in Northern Ireland to be accepted onto the UK 4-Day Week Global pilot programme, run in partnership with the think-tank Autonomy and researchers at Cambridge, Boston College, and Oxford. The new working pattern came into effect on 6 June 2022 for an initial six-month period and has continued since. The agency uses a "split-team" rota — half the staff work Monday to Thursday and the other half Tuesday to Friday — so client cover stays five days a week even though no individual works more than four.

Managing Director Mark Haslam framed the pilot as a way to deliver better work-life balance without compromising client service. Two years on, in 2023, Loud Mouth was shortlisted for five UK Paid Media Awards while working four-day weeks.
