What is KYNETIC?
KYNETIC A/S is a Danish data- and AI-driven digital-marketing performance agency. Founded in 2018 with offices in Aarhus and Copenhagen, it deliberately runs as a boutique — "vi tror på færre, men tættere kundeforhold" (we believe in fewer but closer client relationships) — combining strategy with hands-on execution across paid search, paid social, SEO, marketing automation, analytics and CRO.

Where will I work?
KYNETIC has two Danish offices: Copenhagen, at Helsinkigade 29 in the Silo at Madhouse, and Aarhus, at Sommervej 31F. The four-day week applies across both locations, and the company offers the option of one to two work-from-home days alongside its core in-office collaboration.
What is the KYNETIC team like?
KYNETIC is a small but highly specialised team led by founders Mads-Mikkel Fabricius Tarding (Managing Director & Partner) and Kasper Ebsen (Senior Consultant & Partner), who bring 30-plus years of combined experience in data-driven marketing. The culture leans on transparency, thoroughness and a structured, focused way of working — and a firm belief, in the founders' words, that "vi tror fundamentalt ikke på at slide vores ansatte op" (we fundamentally don't believe in burning out our staff).
Work-Life Balance
Since 1 March 2024, KYNETIC has run a four-day week — one of the few Danish agencies to do so. Staff work Monday to Thursday and have Friday, Saturday and Sunday off, gaining around 40 extra days off a year. Crucially, this is not a compressed 37-hour week squeezed into four days: the team works roughly 32-34 hours, achieved by optimising processes — dedicated focus time, clear interruption rules and meetings confined to fixed afternoon slots.
