Work-Life Balance
Since 1 March 2024, KYNETIC has operated a four-day week for all employees — working Monday to Thursday (around 32–34 hours) and taking Friday, Saturday and Sunday off, at the same salary. "KYNETIC har pr. 1. marts 2024 valgt at indføre en 4-dags arbejdsuge for alle medarbejdere."
