Who we are

Kale & Flax is a global design and creative agency that builds websites, brand systems, and experiences for causes that matter. We work with everyone from startups and non-profit campaigns to enterprise social-impact programs, creating culture-shifting work through imaginative design, empathy, and digital strategy. Legal entity: Kale & Flax LLC. Based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Beyond client work

Kale & Flax has incubated and operates a portfolio of related ventures: Small Thyme (investing in cool small businesses), Commxnity (community-impact platform), Work Four Days (workfourdays.org — championing the 4-day work week), Louisville.Coffee (celebrating the Louisville coffee scene), and Inflouencers (Louisville). Originally founded Wild Accelerator, a non-profit for under-represented founders (now run by Story Louisville).
